Riikka Lyijynen is OVL’s in-house lawyer, responsible for the company’s legal and contract-related matters across all operations.

She works across customer, supplier, and partner agreements, ensuring that contracts are clear, consistent, and aligned with OVL’s way of working. Riikka supports both sales and management, contributing to smooth deal execution and assisting with contractual, documentation, and other day-to-day business matters. She also supports customers with guidance on the OVL Customer Portal.

Riikka has a background in international business law, with studies and work experience in the Netherlands. She combines this with a strong commercial understanding gained from earlier roles in sales, retail, and corporate banking.

Her focus is on keeping things clear, practical, and efficient across OVL’s global operations.
