Riikka Lyijynen is OVL’s in-house lawyer, responsible for the company’s legal and contract-related matters.

She works across customer, supplier, and partner agreements, ensuring that contracts are clear, consistent, and aligned with OVL’s way of working. Riikka supports all teams and management with contract, documentation, and other day-to-day business matters.

Riikka has a background in international business law, with studies and work experience in the Netherlands. She combines this with a commercial understanding gained from earlier roles in sales, retail, and corporate banking.

Her focus is on keeping things clear, practical, and efficient across OVL’s global operations.
