With a background in logistics and operations, Yoali brings a structured yet people-focused approach to everything she does. Her experience spans imports, event management, and customer service, enabling her to see the bigger picture while staying focused on the details that keep things running smoothly.

Behind the scenes, she supports customers by ensuring supplier invoices are handled efficiently and on time, helping maintain strong and reliable partnerships. She also organizes trade fairs and exhibitions, creating opportunities for connection and growth. In addition, she works closely with sales processes, designing and managing the CRM system to ensure everything flows seamlessly from first contact to long-term collaboration.

Outside of work, she can often be found on a volleyball court, exploring nature, or getting lost in a good sci-fi book (probably more often than she would admit.)
